Kerry Maisels is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst who has been working with children, youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities for over 15 years. Kerry and her team of consultants have a vast array of experience consulting to children and their families on areas such as assessment and treatment of behavioral feeding concerns, parent training, clinical supervision of comprehensive ABA programs, staff training, skill acquisition programs such as increasing communication, social skills, daily living skills, toilet training, sleeping and emotional regulation.

Kerry Maisels, M.Ed., BCBA, Owner of KMBC inc.

Kerry Maisels is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been working with children, youth and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders since 2004. She has a Master’s of Education with a specialization in Autism.

She is a member of the Ontario Association of Behavior Analysis, Inc (ONTABA), the Association for Behavior Analysis
International (ABAI) and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysis (APBA).

Kerry has had a wide variety of managerial and clinical experience working for both privately funded and ministry-funded programs. Some of her interests include assessment and treatment of behavioural feeding concerns, parent training, clinical supervision of comprehensive ABA programs, staff training and organizational behaviour management.

Kerry is a trained facilitator for Triple P (positive parenting), Facing Your Fears, Project ImPACT, Secret Agent Society, Children’s Friendship Training and the UCLA Program for the Education and Enrichment and Relational Skills (PEERS) and has received a certificate in Organizational Behaviour Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

 

 

 

 

 

Jennifer Pak, BCaBa

Jennifer is a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA). She is currently completing her Master of Science in Educational studies (MSEd) with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue University and brings 10+ years experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Intellectual Disabilities. Jennifer brings extensive experience implementing and creating individualized programming using a combination of Discrete Trial Teaching, Verbal Behaviour and Natural Environment Teaching. She is also a member of Ontario Association of Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
Along with providing behaviour consulting services to school-aged children, Jennifer has also received advanced training in the Early Start Denver Model, and completed extensive training on the assessment and treatment of sleep problems. She is passionate about improving the overall quality of life of the
individuals and families she works with.

 

 

 

 

Nicole Klobucar, BCBA

Nicole Klobucar is a Board Certified Analyst (BCBA) who has been working with youth and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health disorders for over 5 years. She holds a Master’s of Education with a Specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and is a member of the Ontario Association of Behavior Analysis (ONTABA).

Nicole specializes in training frontline staff and parents and developing evidence- based treatments for reducing maladaptive or unsafe behaviours. Nicole also has experience targeting the development of daily living and vocation skills in adolescents with intellectual disabilities.

Nicole recognizes the potential in others and is committed to disseminating ABA and empowering others to make socially significant changes in their lives.

 

 

 

 

 

Aditi Joseph, BCBA

Aditi Joseph is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who has been working in various capacities with children and pre-teens with developmental disabilities for over 8 years now.
She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a member of Ontario Association of Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Aditi has extensive experience working directly with learners, families and professionals in schools, homes and centers designing comprehensive programs and training technicians and parents on implementation of behavior analytic strategies. This experience has allowed her to become adept at using a variety of different assessments and curriculums to assess and treat skill deficits as well as develop behavior reduction programs. Her clinical interests include functional communication training, caregiver training, and the acquisition of life skills such as toilet training and feeding programs.

 

 

Rachel Rothwell, Senior Therapist

Rachel Rothwell is a Senior Therapist who has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Brock University and is also a member of the Ontario Association of Behavior Analysis, Inc (ONTABA). She is currently under supervised practice with Behaviour Analyst Kerry Maisels, collecting experience hours towards her certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Rachel has worked with children, caregivers, and teaching professionals providing direct behavioural services and mediator training in home and school/daycare settings. She has experience implementing individualized programming for the development of new socially significant skills as well as the reduction of challenging behaviours.
