Join us at the Westmount community center location on Thursdays for a morning of physical activities including gross motor games, music and movement and interactive movement stories. This program not only promotes healthy gross motor development build social skills and self-regulation.

This program gives fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and their children the opportunity to interact together in an open and welcoming environment while participating in discussion, games, and physical activities. A healthy nutritious light snack will be provided. Occurs the last Tuesday of each month.
