Eligibility
Family who participated in Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program wants to register for Entry to School program beginning in Q4 of the same fiscal year
A child who started a Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program before the end of Q4 can enroll in the Entry to School program beginning in Q4 of the same fiscal year they received the Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program
Family completed a Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program in 21/22 and wants to register for second program in 22/23
Family can register for a second Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program the following year after completing their first program as long as their child is still in the eligible age range. Child would not be able to enroll in Entry to School in the same year
Family withdraws from Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program but wants to re-enroll to complete it at a later date
Family can restart same program with same provider within 6 months of the date they withdrew as long as their child is still in the eligible age range, and they have not completed more than 50% of the program
Family is starting Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program in 2021/2022 that will end in 2022/2023 and wants to register for Entry to School program beginning in March 2022 (so programs will overlap)
If the child has an upcoming school start date and would not be eligible to register for a later Entry to School session, the family can complete Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program while starting Entry to School program during the same time. If child’s school start date is later, they should complete Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program first and register for the next Entry to School session
Family participated in a Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program in 2021/2022 and Entry to School in 2022/2023 and wants to enroll in a second Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program in 2022/2023 after completing Entry to School
Family cannot register to participate in a second Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program program after completing the Entry to School program in the same fiscal year
Family is invited into core clinical services but wants to defer to complete either Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program or Entry to School first
Family can choose to defer their spot in core clinical services on time, up until they complete the first interview with the care coordinator. Their spot would be held for up to the 6-month duration of their early years program
