Caregiver Group - Supporting Resiliency in Children
About
This virtual caregiver group is designed to help caregivers develop skills and strategies to foster resilience in their children using cognitive-behavioral techniques. Participants will be provided with a safe space to share experiences, learn from each other, and receive evidence-based guidance and support. The goal is for caregivers to gain insight into their child’s mental health and learn how to support them through difficult times.
